I think the only reason Tennessee fans should be celebrating this is because it protects them from an NCAA NOA against them for the time being.

Hiding behind Morehead's NCAA position to do it. We cooperated fully when we hired that former Bammer/UGA cheating scum, Pruitt. Morehead and the NCAA thought we would do the same this time. Roll over and take whatever they dished out. Nico ruled ineligble and UT on probation.

Not this time.

This does not appear to be true, based on team recruiting rankings in the NIL era.
